1. Information we collect

When you use the contact, chat, or free-audit forms, we collect the information you choose to provide, including your name, business email address, message or question, area of interest, and the page from which the request was submitted.

When you schedule a meeting, Calendly collects the booking details you enter, such as your name, email address, selected time, and any answers requested on the booking form.

Our website and service providers may also process limited technical information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as IP address, browser and device information, request timestamps, and security logs.

2. How we use information

We use personal information to respond to inquiries, provide requested audits or consultations, schedule meetings, communicate about a request, operate and secure the website, troubleshoot problems, maintain business records, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

ND Solutions does not sell personal information. We do not currently use the website's contact-form information for unrelated email marketing.

3. Consent and choices

By submitting a form or booking a meeting, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of the information needed to respond to your request or arrange the meeting. You may withdraw consent by contacting us, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice. Withdrawal may prevent us from completing an outstanding request.

4. Service providers and disclosures

We use service providers only where needed to operate the website and respond to you:

• Cloudflare provides website hosting, security, and email-delivery infrastructure.
• Calendly provides the meeting-scheduling widget and processes booking information on our behalf.
• Google Fonts provides the website's typefaces and may receive technical request information when fonts are loaded.

These providers may process information outside Canada, where it may be subject to the laws of the country in which it is processed. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or security, or complete a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

ND Solutions does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies on this website. Embedded services such as Calendly may use cookies or similar technologies to provide their features, remember preferences, prevent fraud, and understand use of their services. Calendly provides its own cookie choices within the embedded booking experience where required.

6. Retention and safeguards

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, provide services, maintain appropriate business records, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes. When information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

7. Access, correction, and privacy concerns

You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request access or correction, ask us to delete information that is no longer required, or raise a concern about our privacy practices. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

If we cannot resolve a concern, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our website, services, or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top of the page will identify the current version. If a change materially affects how previously collected information is used or disclosed, we will provide appropriate notice and seek consent where required.
